摘　　要：2010年人口均衡这一概念被正式提出,至今已有众多学者对其进行了探讨和研究,内容具体包括人口均衡的概念含义、提出背景、理论基石、提出意义这几方面,以及我国目前在人口均衡型社会的构建过程中所面临的困境,据此相关研究者提出了相应的对策和建议。目前,关于人口均衡研究呈现出了理论建构日益丰富、理论逐步与实践相联系等特点,但也存在相关理论未成体系、参与研究主体不够广泛等不足,人口均衡型社会的构建仍然任重道远。In 20,10 the concept of balanced population is formally proposed, has been many scholars to explore and study, including the concept of equilibrium population meaning, background, theoretical foundation, make sense of these aspects, as well as China＇s current the difficulties faced by the population -balanced society build process, pursuant to which the researchers put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. Balanced population studies showing a theoretical construct increasingly rich, theory and practice gradually associated characteristics, there are also insufficient, first off theory not systematic, participated in the study body is not wide enough but population -balanced society still has a long way to go.
