摘　　要：盐是人们生活的必需品,又是重要的工业原料,在国民经济中有着极其重要的地位。海水制盐是传统的海洋产业,在海洋经济构成中,虽然所占比重不高,但其重要性不減。分析了发展盐业生产的自然条件、盐业生产的特点,并对中国南北海盐产区的形成与差异进行了论述,计算了海盐产区盐产量的集中化指数(基尼系数),从而反映中国海盐产区产量的集聚程度,最后对中国海盐产区进行了竞争力空间评析以及类型划分。Salt is one of the necessities of life, and an important industrial material as well. It plays a significant role in the national economy. Sea salt production is the most time- honored marine industry. Although the production value of sea salt accounts for less and less in the composition of marine economy, its significance has not been reduced. This paper analyzes the natural conditions and characteristics of sea salt production. And the formation and discrepancies of China＇s sea salt production regions in the south and the north. The centralization index （Gini coefficient） of the outputs of the sea salt production regions is calculated to indicate the extent of the centralization of these regions. A spatial analysis is also made of the competitiveness of the sea salt production regions, which are classified into different types.
