摘　　要：泵控马达闭式系统用途广泛,其用途之一是应用在混凝土搅拌车之上,用于带动搅拌桶旋转,使混凝土不会凝固。由于国内大部分的混凝土搅拌车使用手动泵,在运输途中并不能自动调节排量保证搅拌筒的恒速旋转,由于搅拌筒的转速不稳定可能导致混凝土质量下降、车辆侧翻、能耗增加等。为了降低成本,不使用昂贵的电比例泵而是对手动泵进行改造来完成恒速控制,选用的控制器为51单片机。Pump-control-motor system is used in concrete truck mixer. The hydraulic system of concrete truck mixer provides power to the mixing drum, mixes concrete fully and keeps the quality of concrete. Most trucks don＇t keep constant speed during trans- portation at home. So the quality of concrete falls off, the truck tumbles and the system energy consumption increases because of varia- ble speed. In order to reduce the cost, manual pump was used instead of electric pump by modifying the structure. The controller was 51 single chip computer.
