摘  要:使用高性能水泥基灌浆料作为填补材料,对腹部开设孔洞的钢筋混凝土梁进行孔洞修补,研究不同形状(圆形和方形)孔洞经填补后受力性能的变化规律及填补对开孔梁承载力的提高、裂缝开展等方面的作用。研究结果表明:方形孔洞在孔角处易形成应力集中,对梁的削弱作用明显大于圆形孔洞,是一种较不利的开孔形状;采用灌浆料对开孔梁孔洞进行填补,能有效地延缓孔周裂缝的开展,对梁的承载力有明显的提高,起到了一定的修复效果,但无法改变低强度混凝土开孔梁的剪切破坏的形态。Using the high performance cement-based grouting material (CGM)as the fill material,which is provided with a hole on the abdomen of the reinforced concrete beam, to research the bearing performance of the variation and the filled hole beam on the improvement of bearing capacity, the development of crack and other aspects when different shape ( circular and square ) holes are filled. The result shows that the bearing capacity of the square hole has greatly improved, but the stress concentration is still easily formed at the comer of a hole, the girder weakened significantly larger than the circular hole. As the result, it is an adverser hole shape ; to fill a hole with the CGM can retard the hole week crack development effectively, the bearing capacity of the beams is improved obviously and it plays a certain effect of restoration, but cannot change the low intensity concrete opening beam shear failure morphology.
