摘　　要：基于Web的信息发布技术和地理信息系统(GIS)技术已逐步应用于水调自动化系统中。但目前水电厂对Web GIS的应用还较少。文章主要介绍了龙滩Web网站及Web GIS的主要功能、系统的体系结构、系统的特点及关键技术的实现,对水电厂水调自动化系统建设提供了一定的借鉴意义。Web-based information release technology and geographical information system（GIS）technology have been gradually applied to hydropower dispatching automatic system.However,Web GIS is less applied tohydropower stations at present.The paper mainly introduces main functions,system architecture,and realization of system characteristics and key technology of Web network and Web GIS,which provide reference for establishment ofhydropower dispatching automatic system in hydropower station.
