针灸、刺络和耳穴压丸法综合治疗痔疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价针灸、刺络和耳穴压丸综合治疗痔疮的临床疗效。方法将110例痔疮患者随机分为针灸、刺络和耳穴压丸法综合治疗组与药物组,每组各55例。综合治疗组先在委中穴点刺放血,或与委中处见怒张的血管刺破出血,再取董氏三其穴(其门、其正、其角),针刺时采用皮下针,从其门向其正至其角横刺(直刺无效),最后采用耳穴压丸法,取穴大肠、直肠、肛门、脾等穴,用王不留行种子贴于穴位处按压。药物组采用马应龙麝香痔疮膏、槐角丸、甲硝唑治疗。结果综合治疗组总有效率92.7%,药物组总有效率69.1%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),综合治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论针灸、刺络和耳穴压丸综合治疗痔疮有效,值得推广。Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of combining acupuncture and moxibustion,blood-letting puncture with auricular point pelleting to treat hemorrhoids.Methods 110 patients with hemorrhoids are randomly divided into acupuncture and moxibustion,blood-letting puncture,and auricular point pelleting combined treatment group and drug group with 55 cases in each group.The comprehensive treatment group were pricked and blood-let at Weizhong point firstly,or punctured and blood-let the swollen blood vessels at the point,then took Dong three points(its door,cneter,angle)for horizontal puncture from door to center to angle with hypodermic needle (straight prickles is invalid),the auricular point pelleting method was adopted at last to stick cowherb seeds onto these acupoints of large intestine,rectum,anus,and spleen and press.The drug group were given Ma yinglong musk hemorrhoids paste, fructus sophorae compound pill,and metronidazole.Results The total effective rate of the comprehensive treatment group was 92.7% , while it was 69.1% in the drug group.The difference of the total effective rate between the two groups was of statistical significance (P <0.05).The treatment group is better than the control group in curative effect.Conclusion Combining acupuncture and moxibustion,blood-letting puncture with auricular point pelleting to treat hemorrhoids is effective and worth promoting.
