摘　　要：文章着重介绍了镇江苏宁广场西塔楼工程的体系特点,基于性能的抗震设计原则和方法,整体计算结果,弹塑性时程分析结果,以及针对工程中的薄弱环节所采取的相应对策和措施。The system characteristics of the structure,the principles and methods of a seismic calculation based on performance,overall computing results,EPDA analysis results as well as the related strategy and measures that should be adopted in the weak members were introduced.
