摘  要:从标准轴式吊耳危险截面分析入手,通过有限元ANSYS软件对标准轴式吊耳做了强度分析并与标准中轴式吊耳强度校核的理论求解结果进行了对比;讨论了轴式吊耳的危险截面位置及吊耳壁厚对吊耳强度的影响;分析了影响轴式吊耳强度的主要因素,提出了吊耳强度校核的原则。结论可为大型塔设备吊耳设计提供一定的参考。From the analysis of critical section in standardized axial lifting lug,and by using limit element software ANSYS,the strength of standardized axial lifting lug was analyzed,and the result was compared with that from the method provided in the standard.The influences of critical section and the thickness of lug to the strength of lifting lug were discussed.The main factor to influence the strength of lifting lug was,then,analyzed,and the principle of checking the strength of lifting lug was proposed.The conclusion presented herein can be referenced in the design of lifting lug used in large tower.
