摘　　要：介绍常减压装置真空系统的新旧工艺流程,同时重点介绍了液环泵不同系列产品的应用特性,结合常减压真空系统的应用工况,举例说明不同系列液环泵在常减压真空系统的调节能力及节能效果;还对液环泵真空机组配套设计的关键点,如轴封方案选择、换热器选型、气水分离器设计作深入说明。New and old processes in vacuum system used in atmospheric and vacuum construction were introduced in this article. Also,the characteristics of different series of liquid ring pumps in application were emphatically introduced.Combined with application condition in atmospheric and vacuum construction,the adjustment ability and energy saving effect of different series liquid ring pumps in application were illustrated by examples.At same times,the key points in design of vacuum liquid ring pump machine set,such as selection of axial seal,type selection of heat exchanger and design of gas and water separator,were described in detail.
