摘　　要：设计一种灵活多速率直调激光器驱动电路方案,该方案采用精确温度控制、宽带数字信号直接驱动及高稳定波长输出蝶形激光器相结合的方式,可实现直调方式下激光器驱动信号的长距离传输。测试结果表明:电路方案设计灵活,光性能参数优异,可实现50 Mb/s～2.7 Gb/s,最大调制电流为80 mA,距离为175 km的信号传输。A flexible design of driver for the direct-modulated laser with multi-rate input is introduced.The driver is composed of the circuit of accurate temperature controller,broadband digital input and LD of butterfly package with wavelength of high stability,which can realize longhaul transimission of input signal with direct-modulated mode.The data of measured show that the driver＇s photic parameter is excellent,whose maximum modulation current reach 80 mA and input frequencies range from 50 Mb/s to 2.7 Gb/s.Movrover it can achieve 175 km transimission.
