摘  要:采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和光学显微镜等方法,对在不锈钢衬底上固化后丙烯酸酯结构胶(AB胶)的显微结构进行了测量与分析.结果表明:1)AB胶与衬底之间没有任何可以观察到的缝隙,胶的边缘处逐渐变薄,表明没有固化的AB胶与衬底之间即使达到m级仍然是浸润接触;2)AB胶与衬底的边界处,在m尺度上出现裂纹,但是产生裂纹的部分占整个样品体积比例很小(小于10-6);3)在100 m尺度以上,固化AB胶空间均匀性仍较好;4)在小于10 m尺度,AB胶内部出现明显的空间不均匀性,主要表现为出现椭圆形斑点,多个斑点表现为近似直线的串珠状结构,并且不同串珠状结构之间基本平行.对上述结构的可能形成机制进行了探讨.The microstructure of acrylic structural adhesive (AB adhesive) solidified on a stainless steel substrate was measured and analyzed by the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and optical microscope. The results show that: 1) No gap was observe between the adhesive and substrate, and the edges of adhesive gradually thin, which shows the infiltration between them; 2) There appear cracks of μm scale in the edge regions of AB adhesives, but the proportion of cracks to the total sample volume is very small e (less than 10^-6); 3) Spatial uniformity of solidified AB adhesive is quite good at the scale more than 100μm; 4) Obvious spatial inhomogeneity exists in the interior of adhesives at scales less than 10 μm, and mainly appears as oval spots. Some spots show nearly straight beaded structures, and the bead-like structures parallel each other approximately. Possible formation mechanisms of these structures are discussed.
