摘　　要：节能减排改善大气污染，是当今社会每个老百姓都关注的热门话题，节能减排对于汽车和发动机行业来说，是社会责任和历史使命，是行业发展与技术创新永恒的主题。2012年，我国内燃机总产量7700万台，总功率15亿千瓦，中国已成为世界内燃机制造大国：截止到2012年底，我国内燃机产品社会保有量为3亿台；以乘用车、商用车为主导的车用发动机约1．32亿台。2012年，我国车用发动机产销分别为1753．81万台和1752．59万台，仍居世界首位。Improving atmosphere pollution by energy saving & emission reduction, is a hot topic with attention paid by every civilians in nowadays world. As to the industry of engine and automobile, energy saving & emission reduction is a historic duty and mission in society, which is a new eternal theme concerning industrial development and technical innovation.
