略论李大钊图书馆建设思想与中国图书馆事业的近代化

摘　　要：李大钊认为图书馆事业对于教育的发展、社会的进步有重要意义。他提出了许多图书馆建设的措施:鼓励图书捐赠、寄存;借鉴图书馆建设管理的先进经验,注重对图书的保护;采取灵活措施满足读者要求;主张建立图书馆学校,培养图书管理人才等。他还主张图书馆服务于革命事业,利用图书馆宣传马克思主义,提高工农觉悟。Li Dazhao considered that the library undertaking was important to the development of education and the progress of society.He put forward a lot of measures on library construction including encouraging people presenting and depositing books to library,drawing on the advanced experience of the library construction and management,attaching importance to books protection,taking flexible measures to satisfy the readers＇requirement,building library school to train talents of library management.He also advocated the library to serve for the revolution undertaking,using library to propagate Marxism and improve the consciousness of workers and peasants.
