摘　　要：文章讨论了图书馆制度文化与馆员幸福感的内涵,分析了图书馆制度文化对馆员幸福感的作用,研究了图书馆制度文化对馆员幸福感的作用机理,提出通过建设具有参与性、公平性、激励性的图书馆制度文化,提高图书馆馆员的工作满意度、增强积极情绪、降低消极情绪,最终提升图书馆馆员的幸福感。This paper discusses the connotation of the library institutional culture and librarians＇happiness,and analyzes the effect of library institutional culture on the librarians＇happiness and its mechanism.It is concluded that the librarians＇happiness can be improved by developing library institutional culture with participation,fairness and motivation,and improving the satisfaction degree and positive emotion of librarians.
