摘 要:以不同浓度的乙醇溶液为提取溶剂,通过超声波辅助法提取索骨丹中的总蒽醌,经单因素试验和L(934)正交试验,对乙醇浓度、提取温度、时间、料液比等因素进行考察。结果显示:索骨丹蒽醌的最佳提取工艺条件为乙醇浓度60%,温度40℃,时间20min,料液比1∶16,提取2次,最高提取得率为1.85mg.g-1。The total anthraquinone was extracted from rodgersia aesculifolia batal by ultrasound wave with different concentration ethanol solution as solvent.The factors of ethanol concentration,temperature,and time and solid-liquid ratio were investigated by single factor and orthogonal test.The results showed that the best extraction conditions were as follows: the concentration of ethanol was 60%,temperature was 40℃,time was 20min,and ratio of solid to solution was 1∶1.6,and extracted 2 times.The optimized extraction result was 1.85mg.g-1.
