摘　　要：基于触摸屏与PLC的智能抛丸清理控制系统,以三菱FX2N系列可编程控制器为核心,利用F940GOT-SWD彩色触摸屏实现了触摸屏代替常规开关作为输入,采用微型计算机控制技术对大型双工位悬挂式柴油机曲轴智能抛丸清理系统进行控制,将抛丸清理过程自动化。生产实践表明,此系统人机界面友好、操作简单和稳定可靠的控制性能使其较好地提高清理系统的工作效率,在抛丸清理控制领域中有一定的应用价值。In this paper,the application of touch screen and PLC in intelligent shot-blast cleaning control system,Mitsubishi FX2N series programmable controller is acted as the core,touch screen instead of conventional switch as input is implemented using F940GOT-SWD color touch screen,with the micro-computer control technology to control an large double-position hanging intelligent shot-blast cleaning system,the shot-blast cleaning process automation.The production practice showed that this system friendly interface,simple operation and reliable control performance to improve the efficiency of the cleaning system,it has a certain application value in the field of shot-blast cleaning control system.
