探讨护理干预对糖尿病肾病患者的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨肾内科护理干预对糖尿病肾病患者实施安全管理的应用。方法:选择糖尿病肾病患者80例,随机分为两组,就常规护理和针对性的护理干预进行回顾性分析。结果:观察组治疗期间并发症发生率明显低于对照组,观察组住院时间为(6.4±1.7)d,对照组为(8.5±1.5)d,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对糖尿病肾病患者采取针对性的护理措施,明显缩短了住院时间、提高了临床疗效,降低了并发症的发生率,具有十分重要的临床意义。Objective To study the renal Department of internal medicine nursing intervention applied to safety management of nephropathy in patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods 80 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy, were randomly divided into two groups,on the routine nursing care and nursing interventions were retrospectively analyzed.Results The incidence of complications during the treatment in observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the observation group for the length of time（6 ± 1.7）d,the control group（6± 1.5） d,the differences were statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Taking targeted measures on diabetic nephropathy patients,shorten the hospitalization time,improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the incidence of complications,and is of great clinical significance.
