借鉴ISO9000族标准构建高校人才培养质量保障体系

摘　　要：高等教育人才培养质量问题是我国高等教育当前面临的严峻挑战之一。尤其近几年来高校"扩招"后,人才培养质量更成为人们普遍关心的问题,并引起高教界的高度重视,提高人才培养质量成了摆在高校面前一个不可回避的重大课题。为适应愈加激烈的市场竞争,各高等学校都对提高教学质量的方法和途径进行了积极探索。而引进国际通行的ISO9000标准质量体系,是构建高校人才培养质量保障体系的科学、有效的途径。Tbe talents cultivation quality is one of severe challenges faced by Chinese higher education at present, and it has now become a public concern especially after expanding enrollment of university students in recent years and has drawn considerable atten- tion from the higher education circle. To enhance the talent cultivation quality has now become an unavoidable issue faced by universi- ties. In order to survive the increasingly fierce market competition, all the universities have made great efforts to positively explore the methods and ways to improve the teaching quality. How to build an effective quality guarantee system for talent cultivation on the basis of deepening education and teaching reforms, the paper proposes that the introduction of international IS09000 standard quality system is a scientific and effective way of this issue.
