摘　　要：随着信息社会的发展,学生的思想越来越活跃,对教师各方面的素质要求也越来越高。作为一名教师,不但要教书,还要育人;作为一名高校青年教师,要很好地履行教师的职责,就要有高度的责任心、丰富的个人学识和教学经验,不断地进行教学反思。With the development of information technology, students＇ ideology is getting more and more active, which correspond-ingly asks for higher teaching qualities in every aspect. A teacher cannot define his responsibilities to be teaching the courses only, but also directing the students to obtain upright characters. As a young university teacher, to fully perform the teacher＇s basic responsibili-ties, it is of great importance to fulfill the sense of duty, enrich knowledge and teaching experiences, and make teaching reflection con-tinuously.
