摘　　要：后勤职业道德建设是高校办学实力的重要标志之一,对创建健康和谐校园具有重要的现实意义。高校应从为人师表、奉献社会、爱岗敬业、服务周到、淡泊名利、超越自我等方面加强后勤职业道德建设,多渠道、多路径加强和提高后勤职业道德建设水平。Logistics professional ethics construction is an important indicator of the strength of running universities, which has the important practical significance to create a healthy and harmonious campus. Universities should strengthen logistics professional ethics construction from aspects of serving as a role model, contributing to society, dedication and thoughtful service, indifference to fame and wealth, transcending the self, and apply various channels and ways to strengthen and improve logistics professional ethics level.
