摘　　要：党的文化建设与社会文化建设具有相互依存、相互作用的关系。一直以来,党的文化成功引领中国社会文化建设的变革。以此为关照,在新的历史起点上,我们可以通过发挥党的文化社会化机制,发挥党的意识形态整合功能,研究社会文化建设规律,正视党内制度缺陷等路径,继续引领中国社会文化建设走向新的胜利。Party culture construction and social culture construction are interdependent and interactive. Party culture has been suc-cessfully guiding the reform of social culture construction. Therefore, in tile new historical staring point, we can give the social mecha-nism of party culture and the integrating function of ideology into full play, research the laws of social culture construction and seriously consider the institution deficiency within the party to continuously guide the our country＇s social culture construction into new victory.
