摘　　要：针对面临电动转向产品大规模应用和本土液压转向器供应商的双重竞争,从降低液压转向产品的设计开发成本方面,分析和探索如何继续保持液压转向细分市场的份额、为企业创造经济效益。结合逆向成本分解法,通过低成本设计和标准化设计的灵活结合,取得明显的降本效果。Facing the competition between EPS products cosmically application and local HPS suppliers, from the aspects of cost reduction of R＆D, how to reduce cost from engineering view, and maintain HPS market share in segment market is analyzed. Through reverse-cost-break-down analysis, together with a combination between low cost design and standardization, a competitive cost - reduction result is achieved.
