摘　　要：阐述了硫酸装置氨酸法尾气处理系统的基本原理、工艺流程和设备配置。针对生产中出现的问题,对工艺指标进行了调优,并对内置溢流式泡沫塔等设备进行了改造。改造后,尾气SO2浓度远低于国家排放标准限值。实践证明,传统尾气处理技术如设计、操作得当,完全能满足环保要求。The basic principle, process flow and equipment arrangement for tail gas treatment system using am- monia-acid method in a sulphuric acid plant are described. According to the problems encountered during opera- tion, process parameters were optimized and the equipment including foam column with inner overflow weirs were retrofitted. After retrofitting, the S02 concentration in stack gas was reduced to far less than the limit as stated in the new national emission standard, suggesting that conventional tail gas treatment technology, when properly designed and operated, can also meet the requirement of environmental protection
