摘 要:为评价南京地区抗草铵膦转bar基因水稻Ⅱ优86B及其恢复系86B在田间释放后抗性基因漂移到杂草稻的潜在风险,在农田生态环境下以转bar基因Ⅱ优86B和恢复系86B为花粉供体,以丹东、泰州、肇庆3地采集的杂草稻为花粉接受材料,检测抗性基因漂移率。结果表明,在杂草稻移栽和直播两种种植方式下,只有移栽方式下的泰州杂草稻和直播方式下的肇庆杂草稻与Ⅱ优86B花期相遇,检测到的基因漂移率分别为0.136%和0.018%。与恢复系86B花期相遇的只有直播方式下的肇庆杂草稻,检测到的基因漂移率为0.016%。以上研究结果表明在南京地区抗草铵膦转基因水稻Ⅱ优86B及恢复系86B向肇庆杂草稻以及Ⅱ优86B向泰州杂草稻存在抗性基因漂移的风险。To provide information of environment safety of transgenic glufosinate-resistant (GR) rice, ⅡYou 86B and its restorer 86B, the potential risk of gene flow from these two cultivars to weedy rice was assessed in Nanjing. The GR rice was the donor of pollen and weedy rice (from Dandong, Taizhou, Zhaoqin) was receptor, and the gene flow frequency was measured. The results showed that the flowering time of Taizhou transplanted weedy rice and Zhaoqin directly-seeded weedy rice overlapped with that of ⅡYou 86B. The gene flow frequencies from ⅡYou 86B to Taizhou weedy rice and Zhaoqin weedy rice were 0.136% and 0.018% respectively. The flowering of restorer 86B overlapped with that of Zhaoqin directly-seeded weedy rice, and gene flow frequency was 0.016%. The results indicated that there was a potential gene flow from GR ⅡYou 86B and 86B to Zhaoqing weedy rice in Nanjing, as well as from ⅡYou 86B to Taizhou weedy rice.
