摘  要:以黑田五寸胡萝卜为材料,对其块根、茎、叶肉、叶脉进行树脂切片,观察细胞结构,并测定不同光照度对胡萝卜叶片光合特性的影响。结果表明:胡萝卜块根细胞中内含物较少,并含淀粉粒,茎的结构由外至内分别是表皮、外皮层、皮层薄壁细胞、维管束。叶片栅栏组织细胞呈柱状排列,海绵组织细胞排列较为松散,维管束周围有一圈维管束鞘细胞,且维管束鞘细胞中含有少量的叶绿体。光照度明显影响胡萝卜叶片的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、胞间二氧化碳浓度和气孔导度。不同光照度下胡萝卜叶片净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度的变化趋势大致相同,在一定范围内都随光照度增加而增加,随后趋于平缓。胞间二氧化碳浓度变化趋势相反,随着光照度的增加而显著降低。A carrot cultivar, Heitian wucun was selected to observe cell structure of nutritive organ by resin slice, and to study the photosynthetic characteristics under different intensities of illumination. There was little inclusion but starch granule structure in the carrot root cells. The stem consisted of skin, outside cortex, cortex parenchyma cell, vascular bundle from outside to inside. The palisade tissue cells of leaf were arranged in columns and sponge tissue cells were arranged loosely. The bundle sheath cells were around vascular bundle, with little chloroplast. Intensity of illumination obviously influenced the photosynthetic rate (Pn), transpiration rate (Tr), intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci ) and stomatal conductance (Gs) in carrot. The change trends of Pn, Tr and Gs were similar, being increased with light intensity, and staying stable afterwards. Ci showed the opposite trend with the intensity.
