摘  要:以高校图书馆和读者的交互情况作为研究对象,基于"人人网"对34家高校图书馆与其读者的交互贴文进行样本采集,人工统计分类,从中发现高校图书馆利用SNS与读者交互的方式主要有4种,即信息传播、知识共享、沟通交流和信息收集;对读者参与交互的回复及转发情况进行统计,分析得出人人网用户对高校图书馆4种交互方式的反应程度不同;最后提出影响高校图书馆与读者交互效果的三个因素。Taking the interaction of the university library and readers as the research object,collecting samples from the interaction posts of the 34 university libraries with their readers based on " Renren Net",througj artificial classification and statistical analysis,it is found that there are four types of interactions between university library and its readers on SNS: information dissemination,knowledge sharing,communication,and knowledge gathering.At the same time,by counting the number of reply and forward that users engage in the interactions,it is concluded that the Renren users have different reactions to the four types of interactions,response to the communication interaction is the maximum,and response to the knowledge sharing interaction is the minimal.In the end,the paper puts forward the three factors affecting the interaction effect between the university library and its readers.
