摘 要:目的探讨超声弹性成像在乳腺肿瘤良恶性病变诊断中的应用价值。方法以我院2011年2月~2013年2月所收治的301例乳腺肿瘤患者作为研究对象,对所有患者的553个病灶的超声弹性成像图、随访结果以及术后病理结果进行回顾性分析。结果在本研究中,超声弹性成像的评分标准为:良性病变为1~3分,恶性病变为4~5分,在弹性评分中小于4分为良性病变,大于或等于4分为恶性病变,其准确度为94.59%,特异性为93.10%,敏感性为96.37%,在本研究的良性病变组中,弹性应变率的比值之间存在一定的差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对乳腺肿瘤良恶性病变诊断中,超声弹性成像技术在一定程度上能提高肿瘤病变诊断的准确性、特异性以及敏感性,具有较高的应用价值,可以在乳腺肿瘤诊断中大力推广。To analyze the application of ultrasound elastography in breast tumor of benign and malignant lesions. Methods 301 cases of breast cancer patients in our hospital from 2011 February to 2013 February were treated as the research objects, the ultrasonic elastography, follow -up results and postoper- ative pathological results were retrospectively analyzed in 553 lesions of all the patients. Results In the present study, score standard of ultrasound elasticity imaging : benign lesions was 1 - 3, 4 - 5 of malig- nant lesions, less than 4 of benign lesions in the elastic score, greater than or equal to 4 points for the ma- lignant lesions, the accuracy rate was 94.59%, the benign group of this study, there were some the specificity was 93.10%, sensitivity was 96.37%. In differences between the ratio of elastic strain rate, with sta- tistical significance, P 〈 O. 05. Conclusion In the diagnosis of breast tumor of benign and malignant le- sions, ultrasound elastography technology can improve the diagnosis of tumor of the validity sensitivity to a certain extent.
