热毒宁注射液治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎的临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察热毒宁注射液治疗轮状病毒性肠炎的临床效果。方法将86例患轮状病毒性肠炎的婴幼儿随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组43例。对照组采用病毒唑疗,治疗组采用病毒唑与热毒宁注射液联合治疗。结果治疗组显效16例,有效23例,无效4例,总有效率90.7%;对照组显效12例,有效19例,无效12例,总有效率72.1%。两组治疗效果组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论应用热毒宁注射液治疗患有轮状病毒性肠炎的婴幼儿可减轻患儿临床症状、减少住院d数、促进肠道功能恢复。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Reduning injection in the treatment of patients with rotavirus enteritis in infants. Methods 86 cases of infant rotavirus enteritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group of 43 cases. The patients in the control group were treated with ribavirin treatment; Treatment group was treated with ribavirin and Reduning injection. Results 16 cases after treatment in treatment group with ribavirin and Reduning injection achieved markedly effective, 23 cases effective, invalid 4 cases, the effective rate of rotavirus enteritis in 90.7% ; 12 cases in control group with ribavirin therapy achieved markedly effective, 19 cases effective, invalid 12 cases, the effective rate of rotavirus enteritis treatment 72.1%. Differences in the therapeutic effect of two groups of rotavirus enteritis group was significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The application of Reduning injection in the treat- ment of infants with rotavirus enteritis can relieve clinical symptoms, ＇~educe Hospitalization, and promote the recovery of bowel function.
