手术室外气管插管时应用肌松药的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察肌松药在手术室外患者气管插管中的应用效果。方法选取我院50例需行气管插管的成年患者,随机分为肌松药组和非肌松药组。肌松药组应用司可林治疗;非肌松药组适当应用镇静药物治疗。记录两组患者插管成功率、插管时间、插管前和插管完成即刻的血压、心率,误吸发生率。结果肌松药组插管成功率高于非肌松药组(P<0.05);肌松药组插管时间短于非肌松药组(P<0.05);肌松药组置管完成即刻的血压、心率比非肌松药组低(P<0.05);两组患者误吸发生率相当(P>0.05)。结论司可林可提高手术室外气管插管成功率和减少插管时间。Objective To observe the effect of muscle relaxant for tracheal intubation outside operating room. Methods Fifty patients needed tracheal intubation were divided into two groups. Scoline was given inmusclerelaxantgroup. Sedative was given in withoutmusclerelaxant group. The success rate, the intubation time, the MAP and HR, the incidence of aspiration were recorded in two groups. Results The success rate inmusclerelaxantgroup is higher than it in withoutmusclerelaxantgroup. The intubation time inmusclerelaxant group is shorter than it in withoutmusclerelaxantgroup, the MAP, HR of after intubation in musclerelaxant- group is lower than those in withoutmusclerelaxantgroup. The incidence ofaspirationinmusclerelaxantgroup is same as it in withoutmusclerelaxantgroup. Conclusion Scoline can increase the success rate and decrease the time of intubation outsideoperatingroom.
