摘　　要：LED专利诉讼的日益增加,已经成为企业决策者在经营过程中面临的重要课题之一。研究LED企业间的专利诉讼关系能够帮助决策者全面认识企业专利诉讼现状,为规避专利风险和制定专利诉讼策略提供决策支持和理论指导。以LED企业间的专利诉讼案例为研究对象,运用社会网络中心性分析将企业聚成4类,分析与比较各类企业的诉讼地位及特点,进一步提出具有针对性的诉讼策略。The increasing patent litigation has become one of the most important issues of decisionmakers when operating business. Re searching the patent litigation relationship of LED enterprises not only can help the decisionmakers have a comprehensive understanding of the patent litigation status, but also can provide decision support and theoretical guidance to reduce the patent risk and optimize the patent litigation strategy. Based on the patent litigation cases of LED enterprises, this paper divides all enterprises into four types using social net work centrality analysis. Analysing and comparing their legal status and characteristics, this paper raises several suggestions to the all types of enterprises.
