摘  要:采用过量浸渍法制备TiO2-SBA-15,用X射线衍射、N2吸附-脱附手段对其进行分析。以汽油为原料,经固定床反应器考察了空速、吸附温度对达到吸附平衡所需时间及饱和硫容量的影响,并对TiO2-SBA-15的吸附动力学及表观活化能进行研究。结果表明:TiO2-SBA-15仍为介孔材料,比表面积和孔体积较大;空速对吸附平衡所需时间影响较大,对饱和吸附量几乎无影响;饱和硫容量随吸附温度的升高而增大;w(TiO2)为20%的TiO2-SBA-15对硫化物的吸附动力学遵循班厄姆方程,相关系数R2大于0.984,表观活化能为12.25kJ/mol。TiO2-SBA-15 zeolites were prepared by excessive impregnation and characterized by XRD and BET. The effects of space velocity and adsorption temperature on the adsorption equilibrium time and the saturated adsorption capacity for FCC petrol adsorption desulfurization on the TiO2-SBA-15 were examined in a fLxed-bed flow reactor, and the kinetics of adsorption at different temperature and the apparent activation energy were also investigated. The results showed that the SBA-15 molecular sieves modified by TiO2 still possessed a good mesoporous stnlcture with large specific surface area and pore volume; the space velocity had significant influence on the time of adsorption equilibrium, but little influence on the saturated adsorption capacity which increased with temperature; and the adsorption kinetics was fitted with Bangham equation with R2〉0.984 and the apparent activation energy is 12.25kJ/mol for the TiO2-SBA-15 with 20% TiO2 by mass.
