摘 要:目的研究改良型CT模拟机的定位精度,探讨其是否满足精确放射治疗的要求。方法在头颈部固体模体内逐一随机预埋一直径为3 cm金属圆球10次,将此金属圆球假设为靶区,然后分别用改良型CT模拟机定位并在直线加速器下复位,依次得出X(左右方向)、Y(前后方向)、Z(头脚方向)方向的10次定位误差。结果 10次定位误差在X、Y、Z方向的误差分别为(0.13±0.23)mm、(0.26±0.36)mm和(0.45±0.43)mm。结论改良型CT模拟机定位精度满足精确放射治疗小于3 mm的定位精度需要。Objective To study the positioning accuracy of improved CT simulator and to investigate whether it reaches the precision requirement of radiation therapy. Methods A metal ball of 3cm diameter was embedded in the solid phantoms of head and neck 10 times at random. Assuming the metal ball was the target area,we obtained 10 positioning errors in X-axis (left to right),Y-axis (front to back) and Z-axis (head to foot) in turn when improved CT simulator was applied for positioning and linear accelerator was applied for resetting. Results The means and standard errors of the 10 positioning errors in X-axis,Y-axis,Z-axis,were (0.13±0.23) mm,(0.26±0.36) mm,(0.45±0.43) mm,respectively. Conclusions The positioning precision of the improved CT simulator reaches the precision requirement of radiation therapy —within 3mm.
