翠云草中活性组分的超声提取及化学成分研究

摘　　要：采用超声波提取法提取了翠云草中的药物活性组分,利用柱色谱法对混合组分进行分离提纯,根据理化性质和光谱数据对化合物的结构进行了鉴定,分别为5,7,4'-三羟基-6-C-[α-L-鼠李糖(1→2)]-β-D-葡糖黄酮碳苷,D-1-O-甲基肌醇和岩白菜素,该研究为进一步开发利用翠云草资源提供实验依据。The medical active constituents from Selaginella uncinata（Desv.） Spring were extracted by ultrasonic extraction method and the obtained compounds were separated and purified by column chromatography.Their structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data.Three compounds were isolated and identified as： 5,7,4’-trihydroxyl-6-C-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-（1→2）]-β-D-glucopyranosyl flavone;D-1-O-bornesitol and bergenin,this research provided an experiential reference for Selaginella uncinata（Desv.） Spring’s resource further application.
