摘 要:研究了以2-羟乙基吡啶为原料,经脱水反应合成2-乙烯基吡啶的实验方法。探讨了反应过程中催化剂、反应温度、反应时间等影响因素,得出了适宜的反应条件:在固体氢氧化钾催化下,n(氢氧化钾)∶n(2-羟乙基吡啶)=0.2∶1,反应时间1~1.5 h,反应温度100℃,收率达到85%以上,产品纯度大于98%。反应过程催化剂采用循环套用的方法,减少了原料消耗,降低了生产成本,具有较强额实际生产意义。The dehydration reaction synthesis of 2-vinyl pyridine from 2-hydroxyethyl pyridine was researched.The influence of different factors in reaction process were analyzed,such as catalysts,the reaction temperature and time.The optimal reaction conditions were determined as following: the mole ratio of potassium hydroxide to 2-hydroxyethyl pyridine was 0.2 to 1,under the catalysis of solid potassium hydroxide,the reaction time was 1~1.5 h and the reaction temperature 100 ℃.Under these conditions,the yield of the target product was above 85 % with a purity of more than 98 %.Lower raw material consumption and lower production cost can be practical in production,with the method of catalyst circular form in reaction process.
