摘 要:文章采用复合熔剂(Li2B4O7+LiBO2+LiF=4.5+1+0.4)熔融锰矿石样品0.3 g,用溴化锂作脱模剂,硝酸铵为氧化剂,样品溶解完全,曲线线性良好。样品测试精密度RSD小于3%,准确度满足分析要求。由于X射线荧光光谱法难以找到真正的空白样品,采用背景处的计数率计算方法检出限;因样品基体不同,背景处的计数率也各不相同,文章采用所有参与曲线拟合的样品背景计数率的平均值计算方法检出限,更能代表该测试方法的检出限。The composite flux(Li2B4O7+LiBO2+LiF=4.5+1+0.4) was used to melt 0.3 g of manganese ore.LiBr was used as remover,NH4 as oxidant.The sample was melted absolutely and has good linearity.The precision was less than 3 %,the accuracy was fulfilled with the requirement.It was impossible to find the sample-blank of the XRF.So the count rate of the background was used to calculate the lower limit of detection(LLD).Each sample has different matrix,so the count rate of the background is different.In the paper,in order to calculate the LLD,the average count rate of all the backgrounds was used.In this way,the LLD was more representative.
