摘　　要：本文主要阐述了超超临界锅炉水冷壁散管管屏的结构特点、制造难点及解决方案。重点对Φ28.6R28.6弯头的弯制、管屏的装焊、最终水压的实现、内部清洁度的控制等技术进行简要阐述。This article mainly introduced the structure characteristic, difficulties in manufacture, and the solution of the mid - water transitional panel in ultra - supercritical boiler. Dissertated particu-larly difficulties in manufacture and the solution for bend test, assembling and welding, hydro test in the panel, which is consist of diameter 28.6, bending radius 28.6.
