摘  要:目的探索慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期氨基酸代谢状况。方法选择40例COPD稳定期患者为疾病组、40例健康者为对照组,采集两组的血液,采用高效液相色谱-二极质谱联用仪(HPLC-MS/MS)进行全谱氨基酸检测,并对结果进行比较。结果疾病组与对照组相比氨基酸代谢紊乱,多种氨基酸缺乏,多种氨基酸表达异常升高。结论 COPD患者的氨基酸代谢紊乱发生率高,预防及纠正氨基酸代谢紊乱对患者有积极的意义。Objective To explore the metabolism of amino acid in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stable stage. Methods 40 COPD patients at stable period were selected as the study group, and 40 healthy people were taken as the control group. Amino acid was spectrally detected by high performance liquid chromatography-two stage mass spectrometer (HPLC-MS/MS). The results were compared between the two groups. Results The metabolic disorder of amino acid was more obvious in the study group than in the control group, which included a lot of amino acid deficiency and some amino acids abnormally elevated. Conclusion The inci- dence of amino acid metabolic disorder is high in patients with COPD, and it has positive significance on COPD patients by the prevention and correction of disorders of amino acid metabolism.
