摘  要:目的研究细胞因子在哮喘发病机制中的作用,并为无创伤性监测哮喘气道炎症提供一种实用、客观的方法。方法应用ELISA法检测42例哮喘患者及20例正常人痰中IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平。结果缓解期哮喘患者诱导痰中IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平较正常对照组明显升高(分别为P<0.05、P<0.05和P<0.002),急性发作期哮喘患者治疗后痰中IL-6、IL-8水平较治疗前显著下降(分别为P<0.05和P<0.01),而TNF-α则无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α积极参与了哮喘的发病,痰中IL-6、IL-8水平或可作为评价哮喘临床疗效的一项辅助指标,痰液分析在哮喘气道炎症研究中是一种有效的方法。Objective To study the role of cytokines in the pathogencsis of asthma and to provide a practical and objective meth- od for non-invasive monitoring of airway inflammation in asthma. Methods ELISA was used to detect the levels of IL-6, IL-8 and TNF- a in sputum from 42 asthmatic patients and 20 healthy control subjects. Results The levels of IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-a in induced sputum were significantly higher in stable asthmatic patients than in the control group ( P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0. 05 and P 〈 0. 002 ). The levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in sputum decreased significantly in asthma patients at cute exacerbation after the treatment ( P 〈 0.05 and P 〈 0. 01 ) , while the level of TNF-a showed no statistical significance ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-a actively involve in the pathogenesis of asthma, and the levels of IL-6 and IL-8 can be used as supplementary indicators to evaluate the clinical efficacy of asthma. Sputum analysis is an effective method in research the airway inflammation of patients with asthma.
