摘　　要：采用问卷调查方法,结合采用个别访谈方法,对转型期国有企业管理人员胜任能力进行了研究。重点分析了假设的转型期国有企业管理人员胜任能力的构成因素,得出蚌埠公路局胜任力欠缺部分。最后,针对胜任能力构建选聘模型、培养模式,优化管理机制。This article studied the managers＇ competence of state-owned enterprise which is in transition. It adopts questionnaire investigation method, combining with individual interview. The component factors of managers＇ competence are analyzed and it concludes the defective parts of competence in highway bureau of Anhui Bengbu. Finally, it constructs hiring and cultivating model which bases on competence to optimize the management mechanism.
