摘  要:21点(次)省区试、生产试验和能源甘蔗品比试验结果表明:川蔗27号(川糖99-8602)的平均出苗率为52.14%,平均分蘖率为69.90%,平均株高达308 cm,平均茎径为3.00 cm,平均有效茎达71876株/hm2,平均单株重为2.1803 kg/株;平均甘蔗单产达156491 kg/hm2,比对照种川蔗13号增产32.15%,比对照种川蔗17号增产44.17%,比对照种川蔗23号增产34.26%;平均田间锤度达20.82 Bx,比川蔗13号高3.14 Bx(绝对值,下同),比川蔗17号高2.32 Bx,比川蔗23号高2.09 Bx;平均甘蔗蔗糖分为15.86%,比川蔗13号高2.85%(绝对值,下同,其它工艺性状同此),比川蔗17号高2.26%,比川蔗23号高1.72%;平均甘蔗含糖量23440 kg/hm2,比川蔗13号增产46.24%,比川蔗17号增产59.43%,比川蔗23号增产48.33%;平均甘蔗纤维分为10.06%,比川蔗13号低0.19%,比川蔗17号高0.53%,比川蔗23号高1.79%;平均蔗汁还原糖分为0.42%,比川蔗13号低0.84%,比川蔗17号低0.12%,比川蔗23号低0.15%;平均能源成分总含量达39540 kg/hm2,比川蔗13号增产38.01%;比川蔗17号增产54.97%,比川蔗23号增产53.08%;平均公顷甘蔗产车用乙醇总量达21746 kg/hm2,比川蔗13号增产38.07%,比川蔗17号增产55.05%,比川蔗23号增产5.25%。抗螟性强;抗倒性较强;高抗甘蔗黑穗病,还抗甘蔗褐条病及甘蔗花叶病,轻感甘蔗梢腐病;抗旱性较强;抗寒性稍差;宿根性一般。所以,川蔗27号是一个大多数农艺性状、产量性状、工艺性状和能源性状优良的高产、优质、早熟、具有多种抗性的糖能兼用的优良甘蔗品种。The result of Provincial Region Tests and Productive Trials and Energy-Cane Variety Experiments in 21 locations (times) was presented here. The mean emengence rate of CZ27 was 52.14%, the mean tillering rate was 69.90%, the mean plant height was 308 cm, the mean stalk diameter was 3.00 cm, the mean millable stalks was 71876 stalks/hm^2, and the mean stalk weight was 2.1803 kg/stalk. The mean yield was 156491 kg/hm^2 and 32.15% higher than that of the check variety CZ13 and 44.17% higher than that of the check CZ17 and 34.26% higher than that of the check CZ23. The mean Brix in field was 20.82~Bx and 3.14~Bx higher than that of the CZ13 and 2.32~Bx higher than that of the CZ17 and 2.09~Bx higher than that of the CZ23. The mean sucrose content in cane was 15.86% and 2.85%(absolute value, the same below) higher than that of the CZ13 and 2.26% higher than that of the CZ17 and 1.72% higher than that of the CZ23. The mean sugar yield was 23340 kg/hm^2 and 46.24% higher than that of the CZ13 and 59.43% higher than that of the CZ17 and 48.33% higher than that of the CZ23. The mean fiber percentage was 10.06% and 0.19%(absolute value, the same below) lower than that of the CZ13 but 0.53% higher than that of the CZ17 ans 1.79% higher than that of the CZ23. The reducing sugar in juice was 0.42%(absolute value, the same below) and 0.84% lower than that of the CZ13 and 0.12% lower than that of the CZ 17 and 0.15% lower than that of the CZ23. The total content of energy component was 39540 kg/hm^2 and 38.01% higher than that of the CZ13 and 54.97% higher than that of the CZ17 and 53.08% higher than that of the CZ23. The total output of automobile alcohol per hectare was 21746 kg/hm^2 and 38.07% higher than that of the CZ13 and 55.05% higher than that of the CZ17 and 53.25% higer than that of the CZ23. The resistance to borer was stronger, the lodging-resistance was stronger, and the resistance to smut was the highest.
