摘　　要：广东省甘蔗种植存在零星、分散、机械化程度低等问题。针对这些问题,研制出集肥、膜、药于一体的多功能轻便型中耕培土机。本文主要介绍该一体化机的主要原理和功能,并对该机的性能指标进行试验测定。结果表明,该机具有能一次完成施肥、施药、覆膜工序,实现施肥、施药、盖膜、培土等一体化多功能作业的特点,具有操作简单、轻便、成本低、效率高、稳定性好的优点,适合甘蔗种植和苗期耕作时使用。Aim at the lack of labor, high product cost and low level of mechanical cultivation facing to Guangdong Province, a study was conducted to design and experiment the integrated and portable cultivator with fertilizing, pesticide delivering and film mulching. The main function and principles of the integration cultivator was introduced, the performance and indexes was evaluated. Result showed that it can finish the process of fertilizing, pesticide delivering, film mulching and earthing up once at a time, which had many advantages of simplicity in operation, efficiency and stability, and was suitable for sugarcane planting and early field management.
