摘　　要：简述布袋除尘器特点、过滤机理、工作原理、设计要求。我厂运行 8年 ,效果良好 ,尾气含尘 32 .1 8mg/m3,远低于国家允许排放浓度 (1 50 mg/m3) ;岗位粉尘含量 4.1 4mg/m3,低于国家允许浓度 (1 0 mg/m3)。年可回收矿粉 670吨 ,年可节约 1 6.4万元 ,而该工程投资仅 40万元。The characteristics of bag filter and its mechanism of filtration, principle of performance, rule of design are described. The bag filter with good performance of 8 years results in: a much lower emisson of 32.18 mg/m\+3 dusty tail gas, compared with the state standard of 150 mg/m\+3; a lower post discharge of 4.14 mg/m\+3 (13～16 mg/m\+3 before) dusty gas, compared with the state standard of 10 mg/m\+3; and a recovery of 670 ton powdery phosphate rock per year (or a saving of 0.164 million RMB Yuan per year) at the project investment of 0.4 million RMB Yuan.
