摘　　要：运用数据说明中国高校机构库发展前景不佳,分析其现阶段存在的问题。提出要在建设过程中于技术层面实施数据监护,通过数字化存储技术让数据监护(DC)成为机构库(IR)容纳数据仓储的切入点;于效用层面上营造学术共享空间(AC),创建IR-AC服务模式,论证了实施数据监护的高校机构库是学术共享空间的拓展和延伸,充分体现了IR和AC双赢的应用前景。Using the Data Cure that our country university institutional repository development prospects are not good, ana- lyzes the present problems. Puts forward to want to achieve good wishes sustainable development, should be in con- struction process in the implementation of the technical level Data Cure. through the digital storage technology let Data Cure become IR hold data warehouse of the breakthrough point： In the utility level build Academic commons, create IR - AC service mode. demonstrates the implementation of Data Cure only university institutional repository is the Academic commons development and extension, fully embodies the IR and AC win-win prospect of application.
