数字环境下对图书馆借阅权限的思考

摘　　要：在数字环境下,没有相关的法律对图书馆的借阅权限进行保障和规范,通过对现阶段图书馆借阅环境的分析,针对国内图书馆的发展状况,提出相应的法律和政策措施,以最大限度地避免版权纠纷,保证和促进图书馆的发展。In the digital environment, there is no legal authority tO Safeguard and Specification the library borrowing privi- leges, analysis of library lending environment of this stage, propose appropriate legal and policy measures for the development of our library, in order to maximize to avoid copyright disputes, to ensure and promote the develop- ment of libraries.
