摘　　要：对备战第十二届全运会的15名河北省男子赛艇公开级运动员赛前集训期间的血红蛋白、血尿素氮、血清肌酸激酶等指标进行了一系列追踪监测;通过生化指标的测试反映运动员身体机能状态、有氧能力的提高,对训练强度安排与训练效果进行了分析与评价,指出集训期间教练员在训练强度安排上的不足,对以后进一步的训练安排提出建议。This paper makes a series of tracking monitoring on the hemoglobin, blood urea nitrogen, serum creatine kinase indi- cators of fifteen athletes from Hebei province preparing for rowing public class in the 12th national games. The biochemical index test reflects the athletes body function condition and the increase of aerobic ability. It makes analysis and evaluation on the strength training arrangement and training effect, and points out that the coaches on the intensity of training arrangement during the period of training is not enough and puts forward suggestions on further training and arrangement.
