摘　　要：阐述了与超声波清洗机配套的水基清洗剂研制应考虑的因素 ,列出了使用超声波清洗机时应选择的功率密度、频率和清洗温度等工艺参数。通过试验筛选了BJ2 0 1B型水基清洗剂的优选配方。应用试验证明 ,该产品可以代替三氯乙烯等溶剂 ,可与超声波清洗机配套使用 ,且效果良好。The factors considered in the preparation of water based cleaning agent for super sonic cleaning were described.The selections of power density,frequency and cleaning temperature were discussed,and the optimum formulation of water based agent BJ 201B for supersonic cleaning was given.
