摘　　要：闲暇生活教育有助于新生代农民工闲暇意识的培养、辅纠闲暇异化现象、填补闲暇教育空白、促进人的全面发展、健全终身教育体系。城市居民的闲暇生活促进新生代农民工观念潮流化、目的个体化、内容实用性、技能现实性。湖南省新生代农民工在闲暇观念、闲暇技能、闲暇个人素质、闲暇政策及法律保障等方面都存在教育需求。Leisure education is helpful to leisure awareness training,leisure alienation ,auxiliary correction blank fill leisure education,promoting people＇s all-round development,perfecting the system of lifelong education for the new generation of migrant workers in Hunan province. The city resident＇s leisure life promote the new generation of migrant workers＇ the concept ,the trend ,practical contents and skills, the new generation of migrant workers in Hunan Province have the education needs in the leisure concept,leisure skills,personal qualities,leisure policy and legal protection.
