铜扁线连续挤压力的研究

摘　　要：针对连续挤压工艺的重要参数—连续挤压力进行详细研究,得出了连续挤压力公式.并对铜扁线连续挤压成形过程进行数值模拟,对数值模拟结果进行了详细的分析,得到了金属流动的等效应力场,其变化规律与实际相吻合.Studying of the important parameter of continuous extrusion process--the continuous extrusion force in detail, formula of the continuous extrusion force is got. The forming process of copper strip by continuous extrusion deformation is simulated, and detailed analysis is provided of the results. Then, equivalent stress field of metal flow is received, and its change rule is consistent with the actual.
