摘  要:利用 SEM手段对 T- 1 (进口 )、T- 3和 T- 4(国产 )三种硅胶载体的形态进行了研究。随着粒径的增大 ,载体颗粒的球形度逐渐下降 ,表面粗糙度不断增大 ,沟、坑和凹凸处不断增多 ,尺度较大 (0 .1~ 0 .3μm)的次级粒子不断增加。粒径较小的细粒子 (5~ 1 0 μm以下 )易粘附在大粒子的表面而破坏载体的形态。载体颗粒中的原级粒子尺度一般在 1~ 1 0 0 nm之间 ,基本为球形形态 ,但硅胶类型不同原级粒子尺度分布及相互之间结合的紧密程度、接点数和颈连程度等空间排列形态相差较大。In gas phase polyethylene processes, the selection of proper silica supports is very important for the catalyst preparation. In this paper, three kinds of silica supports: T 1 (imported)、T 3 and T 4(domestic) have been studied by using SEM method. Increasing of the silica support particle's diameter would gradually decrease its sphericity and increase its surface coarseness、number of surface ditches、pits、concaves、convexs and large secondary particles(0.1~0.3 μm). Small particles with diameters less than 5~10 μm are liable to adhere on the surface of large particles leading to deterioration of the support's morphology. The basically spherical primary particles of the supports lies from 1 nm to 100nm, but the linkage characteristics(coordination number and coalescence) between these primary particles of the three kind silica supports are quite different.
