摘  要:以钛白厂副产硫酸亚铁为原料 ,加入工业品碳酸氢铵 ,得到碳酸亚铁结晶和硫酸铵溶液 ,实验研究各参数对过程的影响 ,得到了最佳工艺条件 ;用硫酸铵与氯化钾作用制取硫酸钾和氯化铵 ,确定了适宜的工艺参数 ;选择一种有机胺介质 ,它能降低硫酸钾在溶液中的溶解度 ,使钾的转化率提高到 85% ;最后将碳酸亚铁通入空气氧化制取铁红。整个过程原料综合利用好 ,经济效益好。Ferrous sulfate, which is the byproduct from titania (TiO 2) factory, was used as the raw material, adding industrial product ammonium hydrocarbonate (NH 4HCO 3), to produce the intermediates, ferrous carbonate (FeCO 3) crystal and ammonium sulfate ((NH 4) 2SO 4) solution. The effects of every factor on the process were studied and it was, in turn, to obtain the optimum performing conditions. Ammonium sulfate reacts with potassium chloride (KCl) to produce potassium sulfate (K 2SO 4) and byproduct ammonium chloride (NH 4Cl). In this reaction process, a kind of amines was chosen as the reaction medium because it can decrease the solubility of K 2SO 4 in the solution so that the conversion level of K + was improved and approuched to 85%. The optimum technical parameters of this process were also obtained. Oxidation iron red, another product, was produced by feeding air into the ferrous carbonate and by oxidation. In the whole procedure, the raw material were well utilized, and a good economic benefit was achieved. [WT5HZ]
